Key Responsibilities:
- Growth and Revenue Generation:
- Spearhead business growth, focusing on increasing monetization and overall revenue for the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies that result in increased market share and client engagement.

- Strategic Leadership:

- Revenue Strategy Development:

- Client Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Perform competitor benchmarking to understand industry best practices and gain a competitive edge.
- Leverage platform analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product, engagement, and monetization enhancements.
- Product Development and Client Engagement:

- Continuously improve client engagement by delivering superior product value and service excellence.
- Business Meetings and Travel:

- Travel within India for client meetings as required (flight allowances will be provided).
- Maintain a strong presence with 2-3 client visits per day, ensuring that you build and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Presentation Skills:
- Exhibit excellent presentation skills, demonstrating your ability to clearly communicate business proposals, strategies, and performance insights.
- Use tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to deliver professional and impactful presentations to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Business Development Acumen:
- A strong understanding of business development processes, including client acquisition, revenue generation, and relationship management.
- Ability to spot growth opportunities and capitalize on them through strategic initiatives.
- Analytical and Research Skills:
- Skilled in conducting market research, understanding client behavior, and performing competitive analysis.

- Technical Proficiency:
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to handle data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

- Willingness to Travel:
- Comfortable with regular travel within India to meet with clients and attend business events.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Client Visits:

- Visit 2-3 clients daily to ensure that you maintain active communication and provide timely solutions to their business challenges.
- Business Strategy Execution:
- Align business development strategies with the company’s overall vision and ensure that all efforts contribute to the broader business goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to execute strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding the client base, and improving service offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and business deals.
- Regularly report progress on business development initiatives to the senior management team, providing updates on client acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Client Support and Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service.
