Job Description:
- Design and Drafting HVAC system, Preparation of DBR, Specification and BOQs, Aware of Local and international code NBC 2016, NFPA, ASHRAE, ISHRAE etc.Calculation : Heat Load calculation using HAP or excel sheet, pressure drop calculation, Duct sizing Pipe Sizing, Equipment Sizing Drawings – Tender, GFC and Shop drawings. System Design- VRV, Chilled Water, DX and Evaporative cooling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Drafting:
- Develop HVAC system designs, create layouts, and ensure compatibility with architectural plans.
- Prepare Detailed Design Basis Report (DBR) for HVAC systems.
- Generate detailed specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
- Local and International Standards Knowledge:

- Calculation Expertise:
- Perform precise Heat Load calculations using software like HAP or manual calculations through Excel.

- Drawings & Documentation:
- Prepare and interpret various project drawings such as Tender drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and Shop drawings.
- System Design:
- Expertise in designing various HVAC systems such as VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume), Chilled Water systems, DX (Direct Expansion) systems, and Evaporative Cooling.

Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and Drafting of HVAC Systems:**
