You will also be required to follow company processes and report directly to the Sales Manager. Regular tracking and documentation of sales performance will be essential in ensuring continuous progress and growth in your role. - Customer Relationship Management:
A major focus will be on maintaining and strengthening customer relationships. This includes regular visits to customers, offering after-sales support, conducting training on cutting tool applications, and making sure that their operational needs are consistently met. Exceptional customer service is key to retaining and growing your client base. - Drive Sales Growth:
Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities. This could be by expanding existing customer relationships or identifying new customers. You will work on expanding market reach and increase product penetration in your designated region. - Technical Support and Product Recommendations:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be expected to provide technical advice and recommendations on cutting tools suitable for CNC machining operations. This includes assisting customers in selecting the right tools for specific machining processes, material types, and applications. - Proposal Preparation and Presentation:
You will prepare and present technical proposals and solutions that cater to the customer’s operational requirements.
