Our professional recruitment charges are calculated as a percentage of the selected candidate’s Gross Annual Emoluments (Total Cost-to-Company):
0 – 10 years of experience: 8.33%
10 – 15 years: 10.5%
Above 15 years: 12%
This typically equates to approximately one month’s gross salary. An invoice will be generated 15 to 30 days after the candidate’s Date of Joining (DOJ) and must be cleared within 3 to 15 days, depending on the agreed billing cycle.
If a selected candidate resigns or is terminated within 45 days of joining, a one-time free replacement will be provided.
Replacements beyond this 45-day period will be treated as a new requirement, and applicable charges will apply.
The replacement guarantee is void in case of payment delays beyond the due date.
Written intimation (via email) is required from the client in the event of candidate resignation or termination.
If a candidate sourced by Viriksha is rejected or not hired initially, but is onboarded by the client within 6 months from the date of resume sharing, the client is liable to pay the full professional fee, as the candidate is considered part of our active database.
All resumes shared by Viriksha HR Solution are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of submission.
If any candidate from our database is hired during this period directly or indirectly the client is obligated to inform Viriksha and the full professional fee becomes payable.
Resumes are forwarded in strict confidence, and the client must ensure that candidate information is not disclosed internally or externally without consent.
To confirm your acceptance of these terms, a scanned copy of this agreement, duly signed and sealed by an authorized officer, should be returned via email. Alternatively, continued use of our recruitment services will also be considered as implicit acceptance of these terms.
Upon agreement, Viriksha HR Solutions will manage all payroll activities for a period of 11 months.
Client must submit employee attendance at least 5 days prior to payroll processing.
Payroll will be processed in compliance with EPF and ESI statutory norms, and relevant filings will be managed accordingly.
Payroll service fees must be paid monthly in advance.
Clients are entitled to 2 free iterations for payroll changes. Further revisions will attract additional charges.
Compliance audits will be conducted as per mutually agreed scope.
Clients must ensure accurate document submission and timely access to relevant records.
All data will be handled confidentially and used solely for audit purposes.
Audit reports with actionable recommendations will be shared post completion.
Invoice must be cleared within 15 days of issue; legal jurisdiction is Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Viriksha HR Solution adheres to strict confidentiality and ethical hiring practices.
Delayed payments or breach of terms may result in service suspension or legal action.
Terms, pricing, and service scope are subject to revision with prior notice.
Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or tampering with candidate data may result in penalties or legal recourse.
