Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence in the home automation industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
 Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in the home automation industry.
 Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
 Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored automation solutions.
 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
 Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
 Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
 Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports. Experience: Between 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales,
preferably in the home automation or technology sector.
 Skills:
o Strong understanding of home automation systems and solutions.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
o Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
