Position: Sales Manager – Industrial Products selling (Viriksha Hr Solution)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Promotion of BEST Product range to customers in respective
regions.
• Regular follow up of ongoing projects progress & keeping track of Promising projects.
• Regular follow up of Purchase order & payment track with our credit control team.
• Making customer visits & initiating new projects, providing samples & follow up with
customers for approval & commercialization.
• Evaluating Sales, making sales plan on monthly basis.
• Co-ordination with technical persons, principles regarding any technical issues/ query of
products.
• Tracking competition & competitors’ products.
• Keeping sales track for all Principles.
• Regular follow ups from customers and solves technical queries.
• Maintain projects pipe lines.
• Should be aware about market trends & should have the product knowledge of Fasteners
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate must know the local language. (Hindi, Telugu & English preferable.)
• Should have track record of developing Comprehensive Sales and took a part in business
development strategies.
• Should have experience in Market on Industrial consumables preferably with fasteners.
• Should have the ability to clinch deals and chase a revenue target
• Have a strong Customer Approach & experience in handling A, B+, B & C Customer. Experience in developing New CUSTOMER.
• Should able to bring 2 to 3 crores of business.
• Experience in Customer Support Management.

- Track competitor activities and their product offerings to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain an updated sales track record for all principals and continuously monitor market trends.
5. Pipeline Management
- Maintain a robust pipeline of projects, ensuring all potential opportunities are effectively tracked and managed.
- Strategically manage new project initiation and approvals to maximize revenue potential.
